Write three paragraphs to define the term 'ergonomics'. (3 paragraphs)

Ergonomics is the science of designing the job, equipment, and workplace to fit the worker. This means proper lighting for the worker so they can see properly what they are they doing without hunching their back or leaning forward. There should be ample desk space, and spaces and flexibility to move around the area.

Another aspect can also be height and depth, where sometimes the computers can be put too far away from the screen, and it is hard to see the words on the computer screen.

Ergonomics can cause a huge difference in employee satisfaction, and improve their posture and improve employee productivity.
